A combination of penalties, turnovers, and a missed last second field goal resulted in the Hokies taking their first loss of the season at the hands of the Pitt Panthers. The Hokies made the most of their trip to College Park by snapping their OOC Power 4 losing streak while also snapping Maryland's out of conference winning streak in a 35-26 win over the Terps that wasn't as close as the final score. We Tell the Truth about an important victory for the Hokies on their path back to national relevancy. We then turn our eyes to the potentially rain-soaked event this Saturday at Chestnut Hill as the Hokies look to start their year 1-0 in conference play against BC.
